Tilt-Up Chairs

Our high-strength plastic individual chairs can be used for a variety of applications. They are most commonly used for supporting rebar reinforcement in tilt-up panels. The open design of our tilt-up chair allows for taller 5″ or 7″ chair to sit firmly on the concrete base slab while also allowing a bottom mat of rebar placement between the legs. We stock truckload quantities of various sizes 3/4″ to 7-1/4″ in our Kansas City warehouse.

GANG FORM REFACING

Winter will be here before we know it. Contractors who want to get the most out of their winter downtime should consider having their concrete Gang forms re-faced. Our experienced staff follows this process to reface your concrete forms:

1. Remove the existing plywood face
2. Remove any concrete build-up on the frame
3. Custom cut our special polyform plywood faces to fit concrete forms
4. Seal the wood edges to prevent seepage and rot

Slab Bolster & Slab Upper

Slab Bolster and Slab Bolster Upper (SBU) provide support for reinforcement when pouring concrete slabs. Slab bolster is used for supporting lower slab steel (mesh or rebar) from the slab form. The legs are spaced 5″ on center and come in 5′ lengths. 

Our Slab Bolster & SBU come in plain, plastic tipped, or epoxy coated. We also carry a line of composite slab bolster.
