Triumph Construction Supply is the best choice if you need a geofoam supplier for road construction throughout the Midwest. Triumph offers this and many other geosynthetic products for any construction project. Our business is located in the center of the U.S., so we can quickly get our product to you.

A geofoam supplier is an extremely lightweight material that can provide an effective alternative to soil or other materials in highway construction and embankments. Geofoam offers a high compression strength of up to 60 psi, increasing durability over the lifetime of the structure it uses. This, combined with the material weighing less than other fill materials, makes geofoam the superior choice for this function.

The vendor relationships that Triumph Construction Supply established back in 2010 gave us the benefit of choice. These vendors offered us competitive prices in our market, and thanks to that, we are a geofoam supplier that offers excellent deals for delivery throughout the Midwest. We are a small, family-owned construction supply company. Still, we are able to compete with large national companies because of the prices our relationships with our vendors allow us to offer to our customers.

We take pride in our contribution as a geofoam supplier to construction projects in Kansas City and throughout the central United States. Customer service is our favorite part of the job. Bringing value and expertise to our customers to help them succeed is why we do business. We take the necessary steps to ensure that material is delivered on time and in the most cost-effective way possible.

Need Waterstop? Triumph Construction Supply Can Help

If you need waterstop for your construction project, Triumph Construction Supply can ship it wherever you need it. As the Midwest’s premier construction supplier, we already do business in states like Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Kansas, and Missouri. No matter where you might be, we can ship you the materials you need.

Waterstop is used to seal joints in vertical and horizontal concrete panels to prevent groundwater from penetrating or, in some cases, to keep water retained. There are multiple different types of materials used for this purpose. We’ll provide information on the types of waterstop here:

Non-swelling (PVC): As the shorthand implies, this type of waterstop is commonly made of PVC or rubber material and placed in the joint between concrete panels. This material is usually tied into the rebar mat of the concrete panel at a joint, and then cement is poured overtop to create a permanent barrier. The type of this waterstop that Triumph offers is JP Specialties and Dura Joint. Depending on your needs or specifications, this can come in various shapes and sizes.

Swelling (hydrophilic): This type is made out of bentonite or a hydrophilic material, which swells when it makes contact with water in cement. These products serve the same purpose and have an adhesive backing, allowing them to stick to a cured concrete slab to pour cement on top. Our company carries Bentoswell and Adeka, with Bentoswell being bentonite-based while Adeka has a hydrophilic compound.

Metallic (Retrofit/RX): This waterstop is usually made out of stainless steel and would be placed in a joint to have cement poured on top. Retrofit is designed to provide a fluid-tight seal between existing concrete and new concrete construction.
